Pallet Support Bars


When faced with an issue while using Particle boards and the board does not support the weight load but the beams will, this product is used to provide the additional carrying capacity to the PB. This product is also used to increase load dissipation on the beams.

Waterfall Edge Wire Mesh Decks


Due to recent changes in Australian standards Particle board tops for picking and some pallet levels have been deemed as fire hazards. This means that Particle Boards used at picking and other levels are deemed as fire hazards and will require to be replaced to meet insurance requirements.  

Upright Splice kits


This unit is required to connect two uprights linearly to make up a longer section. Usually its advisable to use the same profile of upright for both the sections. If unavoidable the lower section has to be the heavier one and the upper section lighter. Never the other way around.

Row Connectors


When rows of racks are installed back to back these spacers or back ties are fixed to provide extra rigidity and support to the frames as well as to space them out such that two pallets wont clash when installed in this manner.

HD Base plates
 

When heavier loads are used the base plates need to be upgraded from standard to heavy duty. These base plates are not available as Standard. 

Mezzanine Up and over gates 

Up and over gates are the safer and OH & S recommended alternative to conventional sliding and open gates on Mezzanine's. This gate is not open at any given moment in time and as such not a potential hazard for an unthinking employee who can fall have a possible fatal fall if not careful as is the case with conventional gates so far. The gate can be customised and manufactured for pallets of heights upto 2000mm. Once the pallet is retreived on the mezzanine from this gate it can be safely moved by a pallet jack to the required location.
