The Carton flow is a high density, dynamic storage system for FIFO products that increases picking flexibility by providing a continuous flow of products from the stocking aisle to the picking aisle. The advantage, picking and replenishments functions can take place simultaneously. Provision of this system reduces the overall distance pickers need to traverse when picking orders. The inclined gravity rollers and positioning offer optimum visibility and storage such that when the carton in front is removed the next one rolls into place. Roller tracks are used in a number of combinations depending on carton widths and weights.
